why he stopped after - Farak padta hain

Farak padta hain kyonki... and he stopped in his tracks!! The way I interpret his expressions is that was his self realization moment.Yes, he is attracted to Khushi, misses her when she is gone, feels jealous when she is with NK, even to the extent that he cries and his world crumbled when he thought Khushi was in accident and hurt.. But he was too busy feeling those feelings to put a name to those feelings. He just experienced those emotions, without any thought or analysis about his reaction. When he said, farak padta hain kyonki.. it hit him like a brick that he was hopelessly and completely in love with this crazy girl...
I think now that he has realized this himself, it will take him few more months to accept it in front of Khushi.. Remember how much effort he had to put in to say sorry to her. It will be a lot more dificult for him to say I love you.. though we will see his action speaking that ..
