I don't think so...he looks different from the other show becoz of his make-up..he uses less here and becoz of his subltes...my view...😊

The only change i see is the stubble so i guess thats the reverse of goin under the knife(razor)!!

I am pretty sure he hasn't as I have watched bhph. Barun can change his looks a this with a haircut or shave.

Unless you are his plastic surgeon, I would stay away from making statements like this. You know how we all love rumours.

I notice nothing but the stubble and a more hefty build... And Barun literally mentioned this in one of his interviews that he when he doesn't do weightlifting/work out, all he losses is muscle (he never gains fat) and it doesn't take long for him to rebuild it to its previous state.

So I'm sure that during Baat Hamari days he didn't used to work out due to his role. But once he was roped to play ASR's character, I'm damn sure he got back into training and became the handsome hunk we know as Arnav Singh Raizada 😆 So rest assured, he hasn't gotten surgery LOL! I mean why try to perfect something that is already flawless??? 😕

Agreed the stubble and gelled hair is the difference. He looks so much more manly here!😍

hmm..I think its the make up & hair on this show makes him look better (?). Sometimes even in this show there are days he looks really, really good and other days really good. 😊

What the hell? Oh wait...you're another newbie.

He looks just the same from his first show, to his ad's...the only difference are the characters he plays, which I must say he does marvelously! Please refrain from spreading such rumours (Im still wondering where you could have come up with something like this!?!?!).
