If you have watched his previous shows, you would Know that he can sport different looks. He had different hairstyles and looks in his show and he always managed to look completely different.

He is like Aamir Khan who can carry different looks very well.

In IPKKND, it's the hairstyle, stubble and make up.

well simply put,
in the previous show he had to play a 'boy'
And here he is an out and out 'MAN' and it shows!

stubble he sports and the haircut that is stricter, controlled by gel unlike before when it was freer just like the role he played then...his entire ensemble is as different as night and day...but that .doesn't mean one has to go under the knife to achieve it!

I agree with the others. I watched BHPH and the only reason I started watching IPKKND was because I was in love with Barun Sobti, he was always hot. Anyways like others have said, I think it is due to the stubble, different hairstyle and body frame and add to that the whole wardrobe change. Basically I have not noticed any major changes in his appearance just slight changes which have enhanced his looks.

Barun looks a lot more mature now than he did in BHPH & his other show before that. But in regards to plastic surgery, no way.

Barun looks mature in IPK because the script demans so . He looks young and boyish in BHPH because the script demanded that .

Even in BHPH he looksed different in different scenes.

exactly. If we take our pictures and compare them to our pics we took 1-2 years back, it wouldn't look the same.
