Written Update February 1st 2012

Hello everyone! I am back from vacation and see lot of developments. Well most of all regarding the two week extension. Very happy! Thanks everyone for making this happen, especially @rashaa! 👏👏Will take anything as long as we will get a better chance at a decent ending. We should continue with our campaign to see if we can get even a better deal. Still trying to catch up on the forum. Here is the update for today.

Night time in LN: Runjhun and Guddu are sleeping in their respective places. Runjhun wakes up in the middle of the night and looks scared. Then she sees Guddu on the floor and decides to join him with the tainted red comforter. (Rani , agree with you on that but to give them some slack, Runjhun does not remember and Guddu does not know how It was used in the picture. I hope Runjhun will get rid of it once she does remember!) She wakes up Guddu by asking him to move. Guddu asks what happened. She says she wants to sleep next to him. He agrees. She asks him to promise he won't leave her and he promises.

Morning time: Runjhun wakes up alone and sees no one around. She starts screaming for Guddu Shukla. Guddu comes in all dressed and asks why she is shouting? She says it is morning and where are her clothes, shoes and flowers for her to start her session with the devotees. He says he will get everything and asks to eat the offering he brought from temple. She takes it and says but he never goes to the temple. Guddu is surprised and asks how she knows. She says does not know how. Guddu insists but she just says she feels she knows him well but does not know how.

Then Runjhun hears puja bells ringing in Amma's room and is troubled by it. (She is remembering vaguely Neelu and Guddu's notorious wedding). She runs down with Guddu in tow and stands in from of Amma's room where she gets shadowed memory of the infamous wedding again. Then she faints as Guddu catches her and carries her to the next room. A doctor comes in to check on her.

In the mean time Lakhan Mishra is yelling "Mata Joota Rani ki Jai" and comes into the Ittar wali gali with his wife and some "devotees". Guddu watches from the window and tells Amma and others not to worry as he will take care of him. Then Guddu calls inspector Singh and walks out. Lakhan yells at his "security guards" and rest of people to charge in and take their "Mata Joota Rani". Guddu holds the gate and says that is his wife and no one can take her. After a little show of his muscles 😳 we get to see the inspector coming in. He tells everyone to leave else he will arrest all of them. Lakhan Mishra tries to say Guddu has taken "Mata Joota Rani" but inspector tells them that it is Guddu's wife Runjhun. Then he warns Mishra that Guddu had reported Runjhun is missing and with Mishra being related to Runjhun and Guddu, he still did not inform Guddu about his wife. He can be arrested for kidnapping her. They all leave and the inspector assures Guddu that the Mishra will not trouble him anymore and leaves. (The inspector has turned good again😊).

Guddu comes inside and the doctor tells him the Runjhun has lost her memory because of some deep mental shock. Guddu says he does not know what could have caused that (OK - he thinks wedding to Neelu means nothing). The doctor says it must be something Guddu does not know about and there is no cure for Runjhun's situation. Then he continues if she went to mental asylum her recovery might be speeded up. All are contemplating as Runjhun wakes up and starts demanding food.

Runjhun is given her plate and Guddu is watching her eat. (Our beloved soft BG music again)The mamis are talking to each other that they need to keep Runjhun in LN at any cost and not let her go. Then Runjhun asks Amma to bring her water. Guddu says no he will get it. As he is fetching it Amma says maybe it is better if Runjhun goes to the mental asylum as she can get better quicker. Guddu does not agree and says he will not let Runjhun go out of his sight. The Mamis are happy. Then Runjhun throws a tantrum that she will not eat this food. Guddu tells her he is going to race her in eating and Runjhun agrees to the condition saying if she wins she gets ice cream. All are watching as Guddu is making sure she has her lunch.

Precap: Runjhun is playing with bulbs and wire and see how they get switched on. Guddu is watching from a distance. Suddenly Runjhun decides she wants to glow like a bulb and is about to put her hand to a live wire as Guddu watches her in shock.

I agree with you about the comforter... I actually forgot that Guddu doesn't know about the pictures!! He also doesn't know that Runjhun knew about Neelu trying to marry Guddu... as far as he knows Runjhun left thinking Neelu was pregnant and then Pappu kidnapped her. I don't think Guddu knows more than this right? If that's the case, can you imagine the look on Guddu's face when he realizes that Runjhun saw him marry Neelu...🤢

Really liked the beginning of the episode when Runjhun plops down next to Guddu and then shoves him to the side as if he should know to move over in his sleep for her. 😆


I love that Guddu knows how to deal with Runjhun's state of mind right now. Though I must say... I was creeped out that everyone in LN was watching Guddu and Runjhun as they were eating...LOL. It reminded me of the time Jabbu was watching Guddu sleep...😕

I think the Lakhan Misra chapter is closed now right? So now on to Jabbu?

Blue: Agreed. But this was more like display of Guddu's patience and caring rather than romance. I hope they show better private moments with G and R after she recovers.

Red: I hope so too. As couple of other members are saying the precap looked like G might be forced to think asylum might be better for R for her own good. Maybe she will meet Jabbu over there and remember everything and that will be closure to Jabbu?

I hope they do give us back our recovered Runjhun fast and then she understands everything about M&M after that. I hope she will consciously support G in his fight against all by being on his side rather than being a burden in this state. Then we might get some private moments of happiness between G & R with no witness. (Apart from the deserving lot like us of course😆)

Green: Me too. I have to apologize for my bland tone of writing G & R scenes but as you have seen, I am more of a technical writer. I do not have the beautiful writing skills like Wafah and yourself and by nature I am a little uncomfortable of going in detail on such scenes. Hope on the days when we have really good moments we will have Wafah do the updates or the other talented members can fill in the description after reading my bland versions!
