CHAPTER - 6
It was 7 in the morning ... geet entered her room to see her cute little son sleeping hugging a pillow ... she went near him and caressed his head ...
" wake up sid " she said sewwtly
" mom plzzz... let me sleep " sid said stirring in his sleep
" u ve to go to skl dear " she said
Geet lifted him and made him sit on her lap ... sid turned and hugged her ...
" listen i ll go give this coffee to maan in next room and will be back in 5 mins and i want u near bath room " she said making him lie on the bed
" is he here ? " sid asked with sudden glow in his eyes
" umm yeah ... ystrday it was too late os i sked him to stay here " geet said
" i ll come with u to wake him " sid said ...
" ohk " geet said unsure of why her son is so much excited abt waking up maan
geet went to guest room where maan was sleeping ... she knocked the door a couple of times but no response...so both mother and son barged into the room ... maan was sleeping his hand was placed on his forehead ...
Geet went near him and poked his shoulders ... but no reaction from maan ...
" maan wake up " she said shaking his shoulder
" get out " maan shouted hiding his ear with pillow
geet's mouth drooped down in a o shape ... geet looked at sid who looked at her controlling his giggle ... geet gave him a glare ...
" mom he is worse than me " he said hugging geet sideways
Geet picked water jug from the side table ...
" i ll pour on him? " geet asked sid... He nodded a big NO
" i ll help mom " he said
" really ! " geet lifted her eyebrows in qus
Sid went and sat on maan's stomach and punched his chest... well his small fist was othing compared to maan's huge body ... geet chuckled at sid's try ... but sid didn't give up ... he bend down and kissed maan's forehead ... maan woke up instantly a small smile played on his face ... sid again bend down but now maan kissed sid's cheek ...
" Ah ! u r awake " sid said in surprise and excitement ...
" of course champ " maan said hugging sid
" good morning " said geet
maan turned to see an angelic face standing before him with wet hair falling on her left shoulder ... she was wearing a simple blue jeans and cream color shirt ...
" good morning " he said dreamily ...
" good morning " sid said hugging maan placing his head on maan's chest
" maan have ur coffee and get ready ... and my little prince its already late come fast ..." geet said walking out of the room...
maan came out after getting ready ... he was recieved at dining table with Sid and geet's smile ... They started to have their breakfast with random talks ...
maan felt complete ... his morning couldn't get better than this ...
later geet dropped sid in skl and maan in office ...
maan was in no mood to work at office ... he was just smiling without reason and didn't shout at his staffs ... he was staring at one file for one hour but didn't even read one word...obviously when ur morning was good u r day will be pleasant...the often took his phone to check if he had any calls from her or most of the times he dialled her num but never called her ...
" Oh god ... i m going mad " he said to himself upneeth time
It was afternoon and maan did nothing in office ... so he decided to take off and catch up sid and geet ... he knew sid's skl will be over in half an hour and geet will defo be there to pick him ... he immediately left there ...
maan went to sid's skl and took a relief breath when the students didn't come out still ... he searched around and finally found geet's car ... he smiled and got out from his car to go there ... he saw geet getting out of her car with heartful laughter ... maan stood there mesmerised ... but what he saw next shattered his heart into thousand pieces ... Armaan walked behind geet ... maan just stood there not sure wat to think and wat to do ...
maan saw geet pointing her hand somewhere and he turned to that direction to see sid running towards geet ... as soon as sid reached them armaan bend down to lift him and sid clinged to his shoulder and hugged him ... armaan kissed his cheeks ... and sid gave him one of his cute smile... maan was burning with jealousy sid was only supposed to smile for him only hug him but the scene before him burned his life ... sid was complaing something to armaan and he looked at geet with fake anger geet cutely pouted her lips ...and the trio broke into laughter ... that irked maan he just wanted to go there grab his sid and geet and hide them away from everyone ... but what rights he had ...
Maan couldn't take that sight anymore he was abt to walk away when he heard geet calling him ... now no escape he turned to see him ...
" hey maan wat r u dng here ? " she asked
" umm... i ... i had some work here so just dropped to see sid " he came up with a reason for his visit ...
" amy u remember maan ? " geet asked looking at him
" of course ... he was in ur college right " armaan asked her ... geet nodded cheerfully
" nice to meet u maan " armaan extended his hand and maan shoke his hand with fake smile ...
" i have to go now i ve some meeting to attend " maan said
" why don't u join us for lunch " asked armaan
" no i really have to go ...some other time " maan said
" are u ok ? u look diff " geet asked
Maan just smiled and said he was just busy with file so need some rest ...
