yeah i agree, Jai's intensity was amazing! the way he held on to her especially-dont you think him holding on to her was a little paradoxical in the situation because the man is talking about never seeing her again, and on the other hand, he is holding on to her, tightly, with his tenacious grip! haha gotta love JW man, his confusion about his feelings was expressed well today, i thought! and yeah considering his stares havent been so whoa over the past couple of days, i thought this episode was required to kind of emphasize on his persona (that of a brooding, angry, yet charismatic, kind hearted man who is willing to protect his loved ones)

i thought bani was so foolish today! i mean CLEARLY someone is trying to hurt her, and in that case why the hell would you put your life at risk on purpose?! gosh. anyway it was so cute when she put her hand over his mouth and said she doesnt want to know the raaz if it means she will never see him again! there she is, blatantly expressing her love and jw being the dumbass that he is sometimes, doesnt seem to get the message! ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! but i loved today's episode, because there was something very romantic about the scene, romantic in a intense sort of way :)

As usual.. brilliant! I can't wait to see what tomorrows epi and your analysis brings... but thats tomorrow.. for now, i have to say, that after watching the epi for the 4th time (yes, I am an angst ridden Jai at his best lover 😉 ).. that it was brilliantly executed.

You mentioned Anu the dialogue.. .you are so right. It was great to see Jai so empassioned about this. His explanation was so raw. And it was believeable. In loads of other soaps you see the hero walking around, making gestures, crying his heart out. But here, the directors gave brilliant dialogue to Ram Kapoor and also made him stay in one place. The effect, to me, was one of immense anger and also barely controlled fear and rage, and hurt. It was so much more potent as a scene. I really felt Bad for jai. Despite what he might have done in the past, you felt that he was repentant!

And honestly, after watching the scene again, I almoist felt like it was a confession of sorts. Yes, no confession of undying love was made. And yes, no real truth was revealed about the incident from 7 years ago on Park Road. But, what was revealed, was a the innermost feelings, and pain of Jai Walia. Something that we rarely get to see. And that was most telling. Speaking about his shame was perhaps the most telling to me. One dosent expect a character like Jai Walia to ever speak of such things.. but he did, and that was striking.

I too loved the way that they had Ram and Prachi stand so close together. The nearness brought this sense of intimacy to the scene. You just wished he would lean over and kiss the girl!!! Poor thing 😕 And here he was delivering dialogue about never seeing her again.

I don't think he was emotionally blackmailing her either. Rather, he was explaining to her, how he would have to react once the truth was out there. That there would be no going back, and he would have to separate himself from her, for whatever reason. Course, this begs the question.. does he intend to stay with the girl, if the Raaz isn't revealed?

I sure as hell hope so.

Anyways, all in all, i thought it was a great epi. Ok, I take that back.. the last 15 mts were great. Shaadi Vaadi ko chodkar... jai aur bani brilliant the.

ok, enough rambling.... i am going back to ogling Jai/Ram for a tad longer, before I get back to work.

Anushka - like you do everyday - awesome analysis into the Jai Bani feelings and emotion side of their relationship. 👏

Will be waiting for your input for tomorrow (today for you) - whether the raaz is out or it is the confession. It sure looks like it is going to be interesting.

I think today it was his dialogue delivery (along with his intense eye expressions) that did it for me! He was hurt and frightened at the very same time and expressed it aptly while delivering his dialogues! He doesn't say it as much as he shows it in his actions and well today was one of those days! Now that the raaz is taking a back seat I think Jai's confession is soon on its way! I suppose he'll continue to protect Bani from the raaz but Bani doesn't care anymore about it either....which is an added bonus for Jai....sab raaste clear hai Jai...get onto the confession! 😉

Right on...those two e.g. voice modulation and tone made that entire scene wat it was. It reminded me of how he said 'thanks' to her the time she sewed his shirt button...it was one word 'thanks' but it made all the ghantiyaan in Bani's dil ring. Ram today somehow like u said earlier PI gave his all and then some more and it was apparent. Kya Ram u couldn't do that just a few days back...one JW style 'thanks' to Bani while she was handing all that stuff over to u yest while u were far too busy combing ur hair would've been good...and a 'thanks' was even more called for to Puskar the other day. Ok now that I've totally digressed from the orig topic...sorry.

And Jai Walia hurt and frightened...had we imagined yaar....w/in sometime JW aisa bhi kuch experience karega...lekin kiya na...uff...Bani brought out something that JW would've never let anybody else bring out in him...

You know what AD I was just thinking that.....JW's transformation from the stoich, confident man to the dependent, concerned individual is truly amazing and all props to RK for making JW's transformation so gradual and believable! 👏👏👏 I think he's a very fine actor and with every episode I that belief only strengthens! It's so true....like Aditee said I don't think Jai himself knows why his concern for Bani is driving him insane but that's exactly what all of us are waiting for. His confession first to himself of his love for Bani and to the lady herself! I can't wait to see his face when he finally realises that he's in love with her....that would def be a face to watch out for coz I can see him give him utmost into that expression! 😳 I think he's gonna get there soon but the anticipation is def killing me! 😃 I guess like they say....sabar ka phal meetha hota hai 😉 What else can we do but wait! 😊

Actually am confused. Let me tell u the reasons. I missed the regular episode and watched the repeat (was too busy to even call u Anu for the update. But I think that I will be doing it 2day. Let me see !). So in my half sleep I saw the episode and woke up during the 2nd part !

The 1st part of the episode was a complete drag. What was this didi tera devar deewana...Is it the song to sing during mehendi ? There are so many other marriage songs..The song seemed to be more suited to Bani..pity that Jai was not there .....but then....Madam Bani has decided to play the desi sleuth and decided to find out the raaz herself ! u r rite anu...the whole thing started when Bani and Jai started coming closer...someone wants to hurt Jai and they know that Jai will be hurt if something happens to Bani. Its as if someone is taking revenge from Jai for whatever he has done on 29th June. btw How cud Jai just trust the SMS and leave ? Bani is young and immature but Jai ? Dint he bother to chek if bani was really not there ! Private no and he leaves ! btw Jai really cares for Bani..he came to Park Rd and did not think abt the raaz and worried for Bani alone ..(munna kuch samjhe..but our duffer !!!)

Somehow I felt that Jai was emotionally blackmailing Bani. The way he kept on repeating that when Bani knows the raaz he will move away from her was just too much for the girl. I felt that Jai knew that Bani will succumb to the pressure. Anyways that was my one thought process.

The whole scene really built up the tempo of the scene. For a change the raaz looked real and not as some immature stuff....I was able to identify the mental agony that Jai is going thru thanks to raaz. He repents what he has done. Today the focus was on Jai and as usual the guy was gr8..intense scenes are his forte and his dialogue delivery was 2 good ! and of course it also helped that he looked dashing with his kurta sleeves rolled up !

I agree with Anu. There are so many things that can happen now...Elopement, confession and of course the raaz. btw if Bani comes to know of the raaz before then will Jai supporting her during elopement will it really affect her ? Every episode they are building the fact that Bani cannot dream of a life without Jai. So are we heading to some kind of an anti climax where in she absolutely decides to ignore him !! Bani's life can change even with Jai's confession or the raaz.btw the 'khabar' is that raaz will be revealed 2day. In that sense does it mean that the cliffhanger will be Bani's reaction to it ? But now am happy that Jai no longer will have to worry abt Bani coming to know. This way he gets some time to do some self introspection and realize Bani's importance in his life. I hope its not a see-saw wherein one realizes and other ignores ! Whatever it is KS has me hooked for now.

Knowing JW I hope he doesn't surprise us and actually make the confession very gentle and slow-paced...since RK excels w/the intense scenes it would be GREAT to see him blurt it out because in his 'blurting' moments wat he says comes from his heart and soul...he's at the best in his acting ability in those moments.

Remember his reaction when he blurts out "your my wife God-damnit"...and then his expression in the milli-second after he says that...I think when he says this one (e.g. ILU) it might be quite similar..."did I just say that??? Did I-Mr. Jai Walia-just say that?"...obviously there's no taking it back once it's said...but I hope he's near a chair...or Bani or something cuz he's gonna have to hold himself up from the shock he'll give himself...

How funny would it be if infact contrary to wat we're thinking the confession is totally different...
