The GK hug was in my opinion picture perfect...The one practical thing being that There was a greater height difference between GV than GK...so Vasant had to stoop down to hug...I guess that is why it feels that Gulaal is nearer...
And secondly...and this reason is my favourite...I just love how Kesar holds her as the most precious and fragile thing in the world...(inspite of the all the slaps, he considers her as fragileš) ...and the way she actually fits him...as equal...Infact the first hug...when Gulaal flungs herself on him...she almost rests her head on his heart...i actually wondered that she might have gone deaf with the sudden adrenaline rush and the sound of the beat of his heart...and the guy was so much in daze that he forgot to put his arms around her..that was one epic expression Neil gave...Inspite of the fact that he was seeing this in her eyes...it had been so difficult to believe that she was his, finally...
And when the second time they hug..they are on equal footing..and happy shappy smiles...but as I said... I love how Kesar hold Gulaal as the most precious thing in the world..and that is how he has treated her all his life...

Hi Srushti! haha I really liked what you said in Kesuda's defence š Firstly coming to the practical part.. That makes sense he couldnt have held her like Kesar did because of the difference in height, that thing is perfectly okay... it wasnt like i was displeased and wanted him to hug her less tightly... um okay i was i am very possessive about GK šš tehehe .. Coming to the first hug of GK when Gulaal hid her face in his neck.. That was the most B.E.A.U.T.I.F.U.L thing i saw and its my most favorite part of the scene! I just loved how tenderly she leaned into him her face into the curve of his neck, crying softly and telling him to never let her go.. i found it oh so intimate āŗļø I dunno why i found it that way but the intimacy of the moment took my breath away and I loved loved and loved the look on Kesar's face... the utter look of disbelief on his face and a tear escaping his eye as he tried to grasp that she was finally his that she was actually here in his arms and saying the words he had thought he would never hear... the moment was so ethereal so pure and just so EPIC š
My only problem was with the second hug because what i wanted was that after having his hand in her hair he should have moved it over to her shoulders and given a slight squeeze.. I was also confused at the creatives take over this hug because so far they had dealt with their relationship beautifully showing the right amount of progress and I was like they cant go wrong in one of the most important scenes and maybe its me whose not looking at it the right way or cant seem to sense the significance behind the way he's holding her that's why thought of asking you guys because you all have some amazing skills in observation and i am really glad i did now as the thought had been nagging me for quite a while now..
@bold: what you said right now It does seem right and that is a very beautiful thought... coming to think of it, it looks so tender the way he's holding her as if she might break and like you said despite the fact the number of slaps he got ( I counted the number the slaps he got in the confession scene only and she slapped him 9 times! *glares at Gulaal* my poor Kesu *pats him sympathetically* pyar ka jawab bari hi zor se laga bechare ko š I wonder whether he made her pay after the official marriage š¤£ um okay I'd better not go there *turns red at the thought*

@my replies over the old posts: aww thanks although i am really not saying as much as i want to mainly because i am being very very lazy... i said i would be back for that meri pareshani tu hai scene but i didnt because i got lazy like anything I'll try to be back most hopefully and i still have to unreserve that post of mine on one of older epi's analysis... will do that soon enough! Once again great work on the analyses Srushti... i love it!
