What will clinch it for Khushi???

I was looking into my crystal ball to see what will finally clinch it for Khushi? I mean Arnav is hardly the type who will utter the three magical words so easily. The only three words he seems to know are "What the hell" there also he always eats up the hell. Khushi herself feels the attraction, she knows that Arnav is also affected by her nearness and also that he is jealous when she is friendly with Nanhaeji. But still this is not enough, given the track record of Mr. Arnav Singh Raizaida.

So what is going to happen?

Option #1: Maybe Shyam will partly succeed in harming Anjali. And Khushi is the one who saves her. And Arnav in his emotional state hugs her and blurts out that he really cares about only two people his Di and her.

Option #2: Half of above scenario, but here Anjali is the one who thinks that she is dying and hands over Arnavs hand to Khushi asking her to take care of her Chotae.

Option #3: This is totally off, but closest to my heart. Maybe something happens that Arnav is alone with Shashi Babua (Khushi's dad), where by gestures Shashi is trying to express his concern for his younger daughter. Arnav seems to understand him and very gently conveys to him that his younger daughter is very strong and will never succumb to pressures of society. And not to worry as He is always there for her and will never let her fail. This reassures Shashi. And Khushi who is watching all this gets emotional and ...

So what is it going to be? Other ideas are also welcome. Please comment.

Nice options, but I wanted it way from the start that Khushi should find about Arnav's past, what makes him the way he is, how much he has endured in the past and that makes her fall in love with him. He's really not gonna utter those 3 words for the longest time, but I feel once she knows his past, it will be easier for her to understand him and love him.

I really liked the idea of option one. Or maybe she sees him do something so totally out of character (like actually pray to DM to make her or sashi get better or something). Now that would be OTT for his character but def in line with SP values.

While these are good suggestions, I do not understand why Khushi has been depicted so thick skinned and stupid and oblivious to Arnav's attraction and her own preference and affection for him; she is an 18/19 year old modern city girl who seems to see all the Bollywood movies that only clearly capture the theme of love and relationship and flirting explicitly and she does not need any further tutorials or any external occurence to tell her.

She is not a innocent teen living in the 17th century not to know her own feelings. I do not take the response that she is so innocent and so untouched by the world not to know what is happening to her- the way the CVs are portraying her feelings with all the Dhak Dhak's - come along- this is weak portrayal of a strong girl who could see through her sister's preference for Aakash. This is weird and unbelileable depiction of a wonderful character. I wish they would show Khushi as realising in her own sensitive and caring manner how she loves Arnav and then taking a mature approach to it as she does in other matters.

I agree with you Reima, that at time they show Khushi to be too kiddish, hard to digest. But the problem is not what she feels for him. That she can deal with. But the problem is that whether she can take Arnavs advances toward her at face value. He has done that before and back-tracked. So how can she trust him. May be all this is a game for him. Rich man's whims.

I love Option 3 the best :)
that conversation with her father would be amazing :)

That and i really want Arnav to let some models flirt with him at the wedding...Ms Gupta is bound to get all worked up about that one...lol

Incidentally Khushi is not originally from Delhi, she grew up in a less cosmopolitan setup in Lucknow where interaction with the opposite sex at least in her section of society (middle-income) might be frowned upon.

Nevertheless, she can get enough inspiration from Bollywood and yes she's young, but she wasn't born yesterday!! 😉 So I agree... it's funny that she can't process that she is attracted to the man and has feelings for him
