It was a total accident...this was absolutely self defense. If the police arrest him its complete malpractice on the police's part...

Yes it was an accident. I think they may keep him in jail till initial investigations are over.

nahi yeh accident nahi tha. aapne dekha tha jab rocky gir raha tha tab? woh part jaroor phir se dekhiyega. woh kisi ko dekhkar chonk gaya tha , uski aankhe badi ho gayi thi yaane mujhe pakka yakin hai woh rocky ki mangetar ruby thi. yeh baat philhaal bahar nahi aayi hai par aage zaroor aayegi.

i think you are probably referring to the promo... But if you look at the actual episode, there is no such surprise in his eyes. He was simply hit by Jogi in self defense and landed up falling on the glass table and getting killed.

This is why no one intentionally killed Rocky.
