forget boys that are friends...my mum and dad go mad if they find im talking to my cousin brothers online who live in india, but still they have told me not to talk to them...but i still do, they email me so i just cant ignore now can i? but then i do it as leess often as possible...

My step mom doesn't get like that because she's american. My parents didn't care!! They're islamic but they knew he was just a schoolfriend so weren't bothered in the slightest. I've had a lot of male friends, but because of society and their judgemental stance I've never been able to invite them round to my house!!! My 18th birthday I had a party at home but I made it girls only so all my male friends weren't invited!! I had to have a little get together at school too to make it up to them!!

thats the reason i dont have fb...my dad would probably want to check what im upto every so often...so i just decided not to have fb...and my dad had said no in the first place...

My parents do that too !! I was like "So and so said salam" And they'd ask how do I know and I'd tell them that he sent me a message on yahoo or facebook . Then they are all like "What? Why do you have to talk to him?" I'm like..huh? He's my cousin..Thats why? 😆

Right !! And expect you to pop out a grandkid within an year and if you don't..there's a flaw in you..not your hubby..So many of my cousins go through that..It's sad how they are really..Hopefully the next generation will make it better !

exactly...i tell them that he said salaams...and they are like...did he phone? then im like no, i got an email...'did he email you first or did you do it first?' im just like he did or then i did...'next time ask me before you email again. and show me what you write'
i was like what? so i dont say salaam anymore to them and told my cousins as well...😆
