In the hospital, they are getting ready to come home, and Shyamal tells her daughter, that they should buy some food before going home. She tells her mother, that Naina will have taken care of the food needs.
In the house, Rohini is walking up and down waiting for her mother, and then goes to the kitchen where she finds Naina, and wants to see what her mother has cooked, and is pleased to find that there is food. She takes it and places on their table and is waiting to eat, when the bell rings, and she opens and sees the whole family, with her mother in law in the front, and straight away, she starts bombarding her with questions, and the mother patiently waits for the storm to calm down. She is invited in and told to take care of her son, and give him a wash and feed him, as she has to go to a friend's party. The father tells her that the mother is in no condition to do work, but Rohini silences him, and the mother says, she will go to bed. Rohini tells her that there is no time for that and she should attend to the work first. Obediently she goes to the kitchen.
In the kitchen, she finds Shyamal whom she thanks, but she indirectly tells her, that some people work in front, and others do so behind one's back. The common thing, is no one wants to let their dear ones suffer. Akruti forces her to have a piece of her birthday cake, and she has a piece of it.
When she is giving instructions to her mother, Daksh comes and tells Rohini that she needs rest, and in turn Rohini tries to put him in his place and the mother looks on as she insults her son and his wife. Kaka comes on and off, and lets his barbs strike Rohini in the face, and all she says, that he has no place in her world. He mocks her more, and she can not retaliate.
Vibha sees the medicine packets are already marked and remembers what Naina had done once before, and suspects that it was Naina's work. Rohini is at her friend's place and there she meets on Mulchandani, who is a loud talker, and a real estate wheeler - dealer. Rohini is excited at the thought of selling their property and laying her hands on crores of Rupees.
She comes home, and lashes out at Vibha that she has lost her husband, and her husband has left her, on account of her. She is softening her mother in law, to get ready for the pouncing on her to snatch her property.
As the shows is progressing, it is much better they wind if off, as the scenes are absolutely churning the stomach. It is like slowly poisoning ourselves with the venom which Rohini spouts out.

At her friend's birthday party, Rohini gets acquainted with a Real Estate broker, Mulchandani by name, and gets fascinated by the amounts he flaunts at her face. She invites him, to look at her property and gives him the address.
While she is at the party, Vibha is alone in the room, and Naina watches little Atharva, crawling and wants to draw the attention of her mother in law, who is engrossed in her work. She thinks of a novel idea, and drops her files on the ground, and the mother looks up, and her eyes fall on the crawling child, and she is all excited and wants to give the news to Rohini, but she is busy. Then she gets a call from Sanket and she tells him the good news, but when he comes to know that Rohini has left her alone after her illness, and gone to a party at night, he is offended. He calls Rohini, and she is busy tagging along with the Shark. She is annoyed at being disturbed, and seeing the number on the mobile, excuses herself from Mulchandani, and speaks to Sanket, but his tone, rattles her composure, and he tells her to go home immediately. She is annoyed at her mother, and on coming at home, starts accusing her mother, and she stammers a reply, but it does not exit her lips. Shyamal feels bad, but Vibha tries to give a good construction for Rohini's actions, and goes about her work. Kaka comes over and tells them, that he is working on a proposal for Akruti, and all are happy with the news.
Next morning, Kaka is in the courtyard, walking up and down, and Shyamal teases him, and offers to prepare tea for his guests from the Marriage Bureau. Two gentlemen walk in, one stout and flamboyant, and the other looks like his assistant, carrying his files. Kaka mistakes them to the men from the bureau, and invites them home, and entertains them. There is a confusion between them. Kaka thinks Akruti has invited him, and he says, someone from the house called him. As it comes out during his conversation, he has come to look at the house and is proposing to buy it from them. Kaka call all from his family to come down, and see what Rohini is up to. It came about in the course of the conversation, and when the gentleman showed the address that was written by the lady, Kaka recognizes that it was Rohini, and Mulchandani says so, as that was the name that was told to him.
In the courtyard, Baba is coming in with his newspaper, and Rohini holding her child in her hand, starts making some sweet talk to him, and Baba suspects some trick behind her talk, and asks her what she wants. In the meantime, he too enters the house, and sees all are gathered round these two guests. Baba explodes, and tells Mulchandani, that he does not intend to sell the house.
Rohini pounces and tells him, that the house is already divided, and she wants her share. Little does she know, that her husband has left her, and the mother can not decide for her, as the house is in the name of her husband. He has not divided the house, and what his wife has done has no legality. Daksh is a divorce lawyer, and with all the tricks Rohini has played on their family, she is also not a fit mother and if Sanket decides to divorce her, she will be out on the streets.

Mulchandani has his discussion with the family and the Patwardhans do not agree to sell the property. When Vibha and Rohini come, the mother too does not agree to sell the property and Rohini finds that they are all old fashioned, and do not want to go with the times. Rohini has some bitter words to her father, whom she considers a weak person. Mulchandani leaves his card for them to take their time to consider his proposal.
When the agent leaves, Vibha tries to convince Rohini, but she turns against her, and accuses her to take the side of the others, and that she has been play acting in front of her. Vibha takes offense.
Before going for meals, the two Patwardhan brothers discuss the deal, and the elder brother says, that the place is like a temple for him and his wife. They can not think of selling it. It is a sacrilege in his eyes.
On the terrace, Vidhyadhar is alone, and very sad. Vibha goes to meet him, but seeing that Daksh and Naina too are coming, she hides behind the clothes that are kept to dry. She hears the conversation between Daksh and Naina with their father. She sees the side of Naina and Daksh she had not seen before, and there is a smile on her face, but when they god down, after the father is given medicine by Naina, to have their meals, Vibha comes out and has second thoughts.
In her room Rohini makes a call to Mulchandani, and makes an appointment with him.
In the precap, the meeting of Rohini with Mulchandani takes place. She has an idea to get the family out of the house, but she has a condition he has to fulfill. Mulchandani, leans towards her and asks, "What condition ?"

Rohini discusses with Mulchandani and tells him that he has to pay her a share in his profit from the sale of the house. He says that they do not do any underhand deals. She tells her to harrass the family, till they are forced to leave, and he shakes hand and seals the deal.
At home Kaka comes and tells his wife to get Akruti ready to meet a prospective bridegroom, and Naina and Shyamal decide to prepare breakfast for the guests. Seeing that Akruti is going to het married, Rohini calls Mulchandani, and he contaminates the drinking water. Vibha comes and is happy hearing the news about Akruti and wants to help Shyamal. Rohini comes in and orders her mother not to help, but she tries to explain to Rohini who is unwilling to listen. Shyamal tells Vibha not to worry. Naina calls Daksh and asks him to bring some breakfast from outside, and when Rohini finds it out, she tries to poison the atmosphere. Kaka changes the subject and praises the food, and offers it to his guests. Then the bridegroom comes, and he is already known to them. It is Dr. Vihan, who treated Akruti, and Rohini is upset.
Akruti undermines Rohini's plan and tells the guests the truth about the food, and that they had to order it from outside, as the water was contaminated. She also tells them about the division of the house. The parents of Dr. Vihan are very pleased by her honesty, and accept her as their daughter in law.
Daksh promises to call the plumber to set the water problem and Rohini mutters to herself, that this is the beginning of their problems. They will end up drinking poisoned water.

The story continues with Rohini's antics with the help of Mulchandani. She is also a victim of her own pranks, but Daksh saves the day. He firsts makes the arrangements with the plumber, who tells him that the job will take one month. Then he tells them, that he has arranged for the tanker, and Rohini sees that Mulchandani threatens the tanker driver, and he backs out.
Kaka suggests that they go an stay with his friend in Satara, then as Akruti's marriage is coming decides against it. Baba asks his friends and they say they have no problem whatsoever. They wonder why the problem is only in their house.
Rohini goes on whining about her Atharva, and Kaka mocks her that the water is expensive, and she has to pay the auto driver the fare. She gets annoyed, but can not help his taunts.
Before the day ends, Mulchandani is encouraged by Rohini to do more, and he cuts the electric supply, and in the dark, Shyamal injures her foot with broken glass pieces, and Naina brings haldi paste, to apply to the foot, as Ayee comes to help, and tells Akruti how to prepare the paste, Naina offers the same to Akruti and tells that she had learnt it from Ayee, and the mother has a vague smile on her face. She has illuminated the place, with the light of her pooja thali, as they are looking for the torch. Rohini comes and the light of the thali goes off.
Before the lights went out, Vihan had called Akruti and she invited him over. He comes into the house which has been plunged into darkness. They talk to each other, and when he takes his leave, Akruti waves him good bye. She turns back to return to her house and finds some henchmen of Mulchandani, have come behind her in the dark, as the picture breaks at that point to be continued on Monday.
