From the Virika dialogue yesterday about their parents, we got a glimpse in their past and came to know that Even Viren's Father had an estranged relationship with his father. We all know the chachu dadaji tussle already. So...
Looks like Dadaji had bitter relations with both his sons. And only his darling daughter had a place in his heart because she has accepted all his rigid rules and endorses them openly...
This makes me think, does Swamini also have a sad story of being supressed by the rules but maintained a rigid facade just to remain in her father's good books? What do you think people?

Lol. But on your topic, I did notice Viren line yesterday on this father and thought it was quite interesting and could be hinting towards something. As both Viren and Jeevika parents (fathers) disagreed with their parents.
It could explain why Viren, even though doesn't seem like a rigid believer in the rules, follows them without any complaint. Maybe he doesn't want an estranged relationship with his Grandfather as his father had? We don't know... yet. We don't even know how he passed away. He also mentioned that his father thoughts didn't match up with Grandfather which caused disagreements. Sounds like Viraat and Dadaji relationship? Is history repeating itself? Maybe, just like Beeji has said in the past that Jeevika reminds her of her son and Maanvi sometimes of her mother, maybe Virat reminds Dadaji or his son? I don't know? But there can be a lot taken from one simple sentence.

well your Virat dadaji relationship point makes sense!
And I think Viren is more like his mother. HE is not a great believer in rigid rules and discipline but at the same time tries to hold onto both sides in a sweet way. He can be encouraging to the rebellous Virman and dear to the autocrats Dadaji and Buaji... So he has a great quality and that is balance...

I think Viren has respect for the rules, however that doesn't mean he is a firm believer of all the rules, which in that way he is like his mother. He is able to respect Dadaji rules, but also try (being the operative word) hold the peace for Viraat, who I think does respect the rules, but just doesn't want to live to those rules.
