I think what Tansha wrote makes sense. i kind of agree with the boyfriend part and then having the baby.

What they could also show is that the family then tried to keep the baby and kill Janki. she probably escaped and never came back because she was scared but now she wants the kid back.

I agree with you. There is something else more fishy and it has nothing to do with Aryan being impotent. He seems to be a complete negative character. His first wife seemed very scared for Vaidehi and so that means she herself had to go through a lot of problems due to her marriage.

Do you think the third brother whom they have not shown is involved in all this in some way?
