| MUMBAI: Star topped all Asian broadcasters for the sixth consecutive year at the Promax & BDA Awards 2006 notching a total of 30 awards. These included 10 World Gold Awards, 18 World Silver and two World Bronze. Channel [V] India bagged a total of 10 awards across all categories, whereas the tally for Star Gold stood at five. Star Plus claimed its fame with a World Silver Award for Kaun Banega Crorepati 2 (KBC2). |
