Ananya woke up and attacked on her wardrobe... she was talking to herself "oh what should I wear..." she started throwing all the clothes out... "no...not this one...hmmm ...no...oh its too bright...no...ooofff..."
Mitali saw the room flooded with clothes... "what are you doing Ananya??"
Ananya "mom I am looking for a suitable dress..."
Mitali "why???"
Ananya "i have a function at a friends place..."
Mitali "oh my God...look what you have done...i am tired of your dresses...wear what you like but don't throw your clothes untidily"
Ananya "mom have you seen my pink skirt??"
Mitali "i don't know which one you are talking about...you have so many skirts Ananya...please wear any of them..." she said while picking up the clothes...
Sulekha entered "no Mitali how can my Any wear anything...she needs to look special...after all she's my Grand Daughter."
Mitali "oh mom now you only handle her...i am leaving...and Ananya have your juice" she kept the glass on the table and walked out of the room...
Sulekha "Any which color are you looking bache??"
Ananya "Grandma you remember my pick skirt...??? the one which had flower on it"
Sulekha "oh that one...yes yes...so you can't find that skirt"
Ananya "no..." she made a sad face...
Sulekha "i can't see you sad...come I will buy a new dress for you...lets go"
Ananya "really Grandma..."
Sulekha "yes really"
Ananya hugged her Grandma... "yeah...i will buy a new dress...you are so sweet"
Sulekha "and you are my sweetheart"

Priya "thank you for coming on my birthday"
Rahul "hey happy b'day"
Priya "thanks Rahul...where's Arjun??"
Rahul "he's coming with Veer..."
Priya "ok...come enjoy the party"
A big car stopped outside...it was Veer...
Baldev "Veer I will come and pick you up after the party finishes"
Veer "ok Grandpa."
Veer and Arjun entered...it was a huge party...a big birthday bash...Priya was turning sixteen...
Veer "happy b'day Priya for your sweet sixteenth b'day..."
Priya "thanks Veer...please come"
the party was started...there was loud music and all the school boys and girls were dancing...and enjoying the party...
"you look like a princesses..." Sulekha said while Ananya was getting out of the car...
Ananya "really Grandma..."she said happily...
Sulekha "my Any...now go inside...i will come to pick you up..."
Ananya "bye Grandma" she walked inside...she was indeed looking very pretty...
her pink dress till her knees was looking most elegant...
She entered and wished Priya...
Priya "wow Ananya you look so pretty...lets dance"
Ananya started dancing when Veer saw her and the moment he looked at her he stopped drinking...
Rahul "hi Veer" but Veer was lost in Ananya...
he thought of going and hugging her...but something stopped him...and he came back to his senses...
Ananya saw Veer and she approached him "hello Veer...how are you...hey what are you drinking??"
Veer "soft drink"
Ananya "i hope its not coke" she laughed... Veer laughed as well...
Veer "No I won't drink coke in front of"
Ananya "why??"
Veer "then you will run away from me??"
Ananya "wrong...i will make you run Veer...i never run from anyone..." she smiled and Veer gazed at her...
Veer "hmmm impressive..."
Ananya "that I am...anyways I go and dance...see you later"
Veer kept on gazing at her while she was dancing...he thought he would never confess his feelings...then he thought feelings??? he said to himself "feelings for Ananya...no way...she's completely different from me...no I like shy girls...yes...and Ananya is not shy...she's very bold...i must say bold and beautiful"
Ronit "hi Veer whom are you talking with??"
Veer "no one...talking to myself.."
Ronit "wow...what???
Veer "nothing yaar...you tell did you tell her??"
Ronit "i don't think so Meenakshi likes me...i should forget about her...and I think its just a crush not love"
Veer "what's the difference between the two"
Ronit "well crush is something that stays for some period of time while love stays forever"
Veer "wow...then I need to test as well"
Ronit "test??? what??"
Veer "nothing...lets enjoy the party" this time he didn't looked at her assuming Ananya was just his crush and he did not fall in love...
It was time for cake...everyone gathered around a huge table with a nice chocolate cake...Priya was about to cut the cake...Veer was standing near Ronit...he suddenly jerked by a touch of a soft hand... he looked on his side and saw Ananya clapping and singing happy b'day for Priya... Veer looked at his hand as if he got something special on his hand...he went on a side and lifted his hand and kissed it with his lips...
then again he thought "no this is just a crush...how can I think like this..." he joined the party...
Ananya was carrying a cake in the plate...she was passing through to some girls who were standing in the middle...her foot struck in a wire joined with the speakers...she was about the fall when Veer hold her... "saved you again" he said with a smile...
Ananya "thanks Veer" she looked at him and smiled "and I am sorry"
Veer "sorry for what??"
Ananya got up straight and Veer looked at his shirt and neck...it was cake all over him...
Anjana liked Veer a lot...she said while looking at him "oh Veer should I come and lick the cake on your neck"
Veer didn't say anything and went from there...
Ananya was smiling but soon her smile vanished...she went after him towards the bathroom...
"wait Veer..."
Veer looked behind "its alright Ananya...i will wash it"
Ananya "you know why those girls were saying this...because you are as sweet as this cake"
Veer smiled while he opened the tap to wash the cake...and got some tissues...
Ananya "wait I will help you clean..." she took the tissues and wiped the cake around Veer's neck...as she was wiping...Veer looked at her pink lips...she was so close that he could smell her...
Veer "why do you smell like strawberry?"
Ananya laughed "i don't smell like strawberry...its a lip gloss..."
Veer smiled and closed his eyes for a second...
Ananya "ok Veer...its clean now..."
Veer "thanks Ananya"

Ananya was busy studying for her house exams...
Veer "hi Ananya...studying?"
Ananya nodded... "come sit"
Veer "no thanks I have to go for my basketball match"
Ananya "oh good luck...but what about the test???"
Veer "i have already prepared"
Ananya "good...ok I will catch you later"
