Main culprit:

1 Anandi who started lecturing Vasanta and Gehna in front of Nandu...extreme

2Vasanta going to Rameshwari house

3Rames wife pushing Nandu

4 Ramesh not stopping his wife when Vasanta in their home

Job loss ..no where an issue ..as an employer you can hire or fire any one...for any reason..

yes this whole thing was totally uncalled for...and GEhna took me by surprise -- this shows that ek maa ki mamta is more than ek ma ka intelligence :)

but the fault is with the boy's mom too, there was was absolutely no need to push Nandu. SHe could have infact complained abt him to basant or gehna . and insulting ur boss in front of the whole village, who will tolerate such stuff . and yes as someone quoted here-- jobs are based on relationships , and the boy's father was plain stupid to insult Basant and Gehna and that too outside. Atleast he could have asked them to come inside and talk politely. but all this I guess is for panchayat and Anandi to get involved and create anotehr mess in her life. She will support the boy's father by asking Basant to give the job back and thus alienating her own family. This is waht the CVs have in mind i guess :(

but the boy's MOTHER pushed nandu and said stuff to him in front of ALL THE KIDS. Therefore, Basant went and retelliated in front of all the kids and their parents.

Today if he allows one parent to push nandu and he does nothing, tomorrow all parents will start beating him up. He had to ensure consequences to make sure nothing happened to nandu in the future.

But let us be clear -- he didnt fire the villager out of anger for hurting nandu -- he fired the villager because he saw the contempt of the villager and his wife for badi haveli folk. As an employer, I would disaggregate the two issues -- i would not want anyone who has a grudge against me or speaks ill of me to continue to work for me.

After all the villager said, did he really expect that Basant would retain him?

Yes I have understood what you said..and i am partially agree with you too!!..

but i don't think that basant fired that man just bcoz he told wrong @ his face..Basant himself has told this that.."jo bhi mere bache ke sath aisa karega main isse bhi bura haal karunga uska..yea to abhi suruyat he.." something like that!..

okay someone did very wrong with Nandu and that made his father super angry! yes basant and gahena has full right to scream @ those rameswar and his wife..bcoz they did wrong!!..but Nandu also have lied na?..this is also a father's duty to give a good lesson to his kid!..what lesson Nandu got from Basant and Gahena's behaviour?..that he could do anything..it doesn't matter if what he has done is not right..no one can do any harm to him..as his father is so powerful...his father will save him from all wrong deeds!!..i supported anandi and bhairon bcoz i think what they said was right!..this behaviour of gahena and basant may encourage nanadu to do more wrong things..🤔

i think if Basant would be a clam person like Bairon then may be he would have thought second time before firing Rameswar..🤔

moreover, this whole track is so confusing..so many bloopers are there in this track!..😕

Two kids fought. one has a mild scraped knee, the other got pushed by an adult and ended up with a PLASTER !!

Well don't u think the parents of the kid with the plaster will see RED ? I would I think. The plaster is on his right hand which will probably also cause him loss of school and the perpetrator never even once said- she's sorry about the injury and that she didn't mean to push him that hard...

G n B are being judged too harshly. Remember - Basant has a very late in life only child from a second marriage. B can be expected to be a little hyper about his kid's safety. Gehna too has seen her child hurt badly and probably this is the first time Nandu has been this badly hurt. If it was a pure accident(for ex - fell out of a tree), one can let go, but if another adult has deliberately caused this hurt - any mom will get hopping mad !! I'm all for Gehna. Maybe in a day or two, i might question Nandu a little closely and ask again exactly what all happened, but right then, I wud not want to hear anything but concern for my hurt kid.

1. The children's game/fight: COMPLETELY Nandu's fault. He should learn to be a sport and seems very spoiled but he's just a kid who makes mistakes and will learn to grow up eventually.

2. Soham's Parents comming in: completely unnecessary of soham's mother to push nandu away so hardly enough to break his arm. In fact, Soham proved to be a better person then his own mother when he called his parents to yell at Nandu instead of hitting him back even though, he was definitely sure that nandu tripped him. The child probably expected his parents to properly handle the situation but by breaking nandu's arm, soham's mother gave him the wrong type of lesson. It's like they unconsciously know that dadisa's family are good people and tht they can take advantage of them telling people that they are doing whatever they want to just because they are rich.

3. Gehna-Basant arguing w/ Soham's parents: It is right to yell at the mother for breaking nandu's arm but unnecessary to say that nandu did not do anything wrong and that it was "ALL" Soham's fault. I don't know how Soham turned out to be such a good kid when his parents are soo stupid and messed up. Even when nandu was fighting him infront of his parents. Nandu was shoving him and that was only when soham raised his hands at him in defense. He is a very cute and nice kid! Much better then both of his parents, Idk how...

4. Anandi's lecture: I know she is mature and well-educated but she needs to learn when to speak and when not to. I don't blame Gehna for getting irritated at Anandi's lectures.

In conclusion, it was more of soham's mom's fault then of nandu-soham's as she unnecessarily injured nandu more then nandu injured soham and maybe it was good for basant to threaten him about his job because even though they r saying the opposite, they are taking advantage of dadisa's family.
