Says Star TV Senior Creative Director Shailja Kejriwal: "Our aim was to combine the high-points of the two shows which are aired back-to-back. It has proved to be an incentive for us in terms of ratings and demand. We ensure that we bring in all the masala and spice." Though the effort required about 5 weeks of planning, it was not that tough for creators. "We had shown in the very first episode of Kavyanjali that Anjali's family is known to Parvati's," says Sandeep Sikand, creative director of the two shows. Not only does it make it more interesting, it also gives the viewers the fun of watching two stories at the same time. It was Ekta's idea to merge the shows which will be done for others as well. We included elements like thrill, fun, comedy, song and dance to make it a complete package." | ||
