HT: Show adopts social cause

Social cause and awareness is good but I do not want this track to be played on Priya :(

I admire and respect Ekta for this decision. It is high time that popularity of the most admired and loved characters is used for social causes such as Breast Cancer awareness.

I think if this is played by Priya, it wouldn't be so bad. She is the queen of emotions and can reach millions of people easily to spread the message of awareness.

And if this is going to bring Priya and Ram closer... what else can their fans ask for? 😉

On behalf of all the women who are concerned with this beast called Breast Cancer... I would like to thank you for stepping up to the plate and taking on the challenge of spreading the word.

I understand what you mean. Its a big challenge to play such a role and no doubt Sakshi is the one who can do complete justice to such a role with grace and elegance.

I dont think it will be Priya
that will be too long drawn out...cancer cannot be healed in three weeks..it takes MONTHS and maybe even longer

I think it will be a cancer scare and Priya thinks she may have it..ie she finds a lump, she is told it may be breast cancer, and Ram realizes that he loves Priya and cannot lose her

in the end, they do a biopsy and all is well...but during that whole time and wait they can definately educate re BC

Rams mother has it? That would bring Rams mom back in the show (I am still confused over the whole mom track as I thot they would reunite..anyways...)

Priya is an unlikely candidate considering she is healthy and abstains from bad habits. She is under 35 (although these days cancer can hit anyone), and it does not like her mother or grandmother had it...

So I think Priya will have a cancer scare...not breast cancer

i guess this is another one that is going to keep us guessing over the weekend' to see who the candidate is for Cancer awareness message...

Silvermoonlight- You might be right on the scare track. Fear can also work here... Fear of losing Priya may bring Ram to realization that he truely loves her. Scare tactic may work here as well .. not really have the cancer but a lump could be used to bring the awareness in the audience.

I like this silvermoon...Cancer Scare can spread the cancer awareness and bring Raya Closer also... A ray of hope :)

I personally salute Ekta for taking this initiative. and yes.. The heroine and the show are totally Apt!
