KT is just a daughter of a stranger who left his daughter to die at Ganga river in haridwar - tulsi found the man doing so and he refused to take her back as he had more daughters at home and couldnt take burden of this daughter.

so tulsi adopts her and raises her.

Well KT's biological parents are not known! 😕 But Tulsi brought up KT on her own for twenty years! 😊 And KT calls her Baa. I have no idea if KT knows she's adopted or not! 😕 😊
