Do you guys think this story is a bit like Pratigya?

The strong independent girl with a gangster, who loves her but she doesnt fall in love with till after marriage,
I hope it'll be different😳
but doyou guys see the similairities?

Much different where pratigya never uses her mind n always have long bhashan but sanchi is a tricky gal.

First of all, i was hoping someone would make a post which compared Pratgiya with Sanchi so Thanyou.

I agree with the post above me, spot on with the response.

Pratigya never really gave Krishna a chance. She made this assumption of him and stuck to it. She also was into giving lectures as the post above me has said. She wanted to bring change but her way was alil boring and alil annoying at times.

HOWEVER, Sanchi is different. Shes like Pratigya in the sense that she wants to bring change and stands up for whats right. BUT her way of achieving this goal is different. Shes more subtle and clever and also indirect in her approach to problems. And as we saw, she has given Indu a chance, She hasnt judged him yet. She tries to see good in everyone despite what shes heard about them. If Pratigya's character was in this show, she would not really want to interact with Indu at all and would probably have admired Prabal over Indu (because Prabal has a somewhat better image).

This show's protagonist promises the same things Pratigya did though I think the strongness of the Pratigya/Krishna Jodi probably killed any chance of Pratigya fighting for anything that wasn't directly related to Krishna. Trps go up with the Jodi and down with the lack of Jodi. The CVs did not have a chance in hell of making Pratigya fight for bigger problems. Hopefully Ruk Jaana Nahin can keep the balance of Jodi and the story because Saanchi has already started on her journey.

An example would be when Saanchi and Pratigya both had initial scenes where they are harassed by guys on the street. Both girls reacted very very differently. Pratigya was scared while Saanchi somehow made complete and utter fools out of the thugs Some guy calls her chikni as a fish and she tells them wah kitni achi shaaeri kartey hain (or soemthing like that) 😆

The bad guy, good girl is a very standard template for jodis but like I said earlier it can overwhelm the story completely. I have my fingers crossed nobody gets married in this show until Saanchi has completed her degree though I think trps will force the hand of the Cvs 🤢.
