Maryaada Written Update: January 2, 2012 - Page 2

Thanks for the nicely written update. Some things I noticed after watching video was that Dev's dressing could have been better. Even Imli sparkled more than her. The other thing is that from Uttara's expression, Brahma may have underestimated her. Now we can definitely see the 4 ladies together in this, fighting for their Maryada and self esteem. Dev would of course forgive Uttara saying that she was naive and her sister after all. Maybe Uttara will fight Brahma now for the injustices Dev suffered. From precap, looks like Priya found her tongue at last but what good will it do if Adi refuses to beleive her? Mera dad perfect se, use mein tumse bahetar jaanta hai and all the old garbage and rhetorics only Adi can successfully display, the idiot. Probably this week Priya will drop her bombshell "Brahma's attempted rape of her" but that idiot Adi is in a coccoon, and whether it will have an impact on him or not we'll see in the next few epis.

Thanx for the update. At least uttara finally knows brahmas true intentions. I think it would have had a bigger effect if it was revealed in front of the family so ghat Aditya and all knew brahamas true colors as well!!!

So true...copying what I said on another thread about how frustratingly annoying Aditya's character has become.

His anger with Priya is always shown in such a caricature-like/exaggerated manner. Take now for e.g...ok...I can buy some annoyance from his perspective that she "misunderstood" his dearest Dad...but this level of anger...ugghhh! Writers are probably not inspired to take the trouble to use their brains to make him more interesting so they are taking the easy way out and writing highly convenient screenplays!

Aditya will react angrily tomorrow and only believe the truth when he hears about Uttara - Brahma. Priya is not likely to be revealing the truth about her molestation tomorrow.
