The show is rigged. Shipra by no chance deserved to win or even be in the final. Her cooking talent is very low compared to Joseph, Shazia, Rajendra and Vijayalakshmi.

In the semi-finals she did not know how to use the chilli in her dessert! She should have been eliminated then but instead Joseph was eliminated. Her immaturity was clearly seen when she did not even know at what temperature and how long it takes to make the baked yoghurt dish.

In the innovation test, her innovation was only that she used "Tandoori masala" in the minced chicken. What is d innovation in that??

In the Christmas wonderland, all her baking was crap... the only thing she managed to make well was marshmallows~

There was once where she cooked under-cooked chicken and then down came her tears to save her from being eliminated.

It has been like that all the time... just shed a few tears on her life and her children and it made her win the show.

The judges need to look beyond people's emotions and instead focus on their talent..

I seriously do not think that Shipra will get any good employment in the future because employers look at talent not emotions!

Joseph, Shazia, Rajendra and Vijayalakshmi have brighter futures ahead...

did u ever taste her dishes??

we cant blame any1 n dis show...becoz we cant judge without tasting

I like both shipra and shazia...but dis past sad stories and all ..the creators used 2 encourage it

even Akshay also asked shipra wats her daughter's disease...cant blame shipra alone...dis emotional part of contestants was used by creators 4 marketing..

We don't know what the food tasted like. She was voted because maybe her food was innovative. I'm not saying Shazia's wasn't but it depends on how people perform on the day. It's a reality show not just a cooking show so maybe people think of the overall story and who needs it most. Shipra is a single mother, who has a child with cerebral palsy and is separated from her children. If people are emotional this might come into it. Winning masterchef is only the beginning. All 3 got something and from this they can build onto bigger things. They are comparable in cooking ability. Shazia was very generous to share the money and i respect that and admire that about her.

I don't think she over talked about it but if the judges ask she will of course answer. And masala stories increase TRP that's how it's always been. Like masala movies succeed more than art movies. Masterchef at the end of the day is a TV show about entertainment and it will only work if TRPs and people support it.

People who are trying to make this about religion is something i don't understand. Do we compare when the triple Khan movies (like Dabbang or Bodyguard) succed more than Akshay's movies or Ajay Devgans?

Making it about religion is communal thinking.

the important thing to note is she was the first person to get selected in boot camp where people who wld hv known less about her and she ws selected for her talent not for her stories 🤔

in final's her food was a different one , the judges also explained what innovation was there in her food that made her win, and also i could see equal charming for shazia and shipra in he crowd so i dont think its a fix😕🥱

If the judges had picked the winner after tasting and even then shipra win then i would have strongly felt that it was a fixed winner, but coz the fans voted i think it was a fair winner. as kunal was saying about shazias desert beeing too creamy that its killing all the flavours in the rest of the desert. i think that was where she lost out on 4 votes.
