What will the future HOLD for Bollywood?!

As we approach 2012, are we in a bad state? What does the future hold for Bollywood?! I think real films have truly gone and are not coming back! Films like The Dirty Picture are very rare and it is not like we see these type of treats everyday! 😉😆 Are actresses and actors getting better or worse? A lot of questions to answer, but a topic which will surely shed some light on this since it is very relevant and calls for some analysis! 😛

The death of the "star system" and a variety of films directed toward different demograpics until the "youth" demographic wins and slowly other people start to abandon movies as not being something for them.

Except for the infrequent film that holds appeal for all age groups, but for the foreseable future it will all be very pro-youth and all about young people.

One good outcome of the demographic based films is that more and different kinds of cinematic creativity will be given a chance to blossom, and even actors with talent and charm rather than parents in the industry will get more of an opportunity.

Eventually roles will be cast based upon talent and fitness for the role raising the tone of world respect for Bollywood output since frankly we don't love your kids as much as you do and we don't think everything they do needs to be lauded and applauded---Hey Amitabh, how ya doin?

But to be honest we've got kids of our own and so do people in India and some of those kids have real talent and should have a chance.
