Poor SRK, I only wish he'd be more selective. I don't understand how a man as well read and well travelled as he couldn't have realized that Ra.One needed some epic songs and epic scenes to match the huge PR buildup. He sees so many films could he not have seen that there are ways of building an involving story for even a superhero movie?

Hasn't he seen Hancock? That was a superhero movie with a reasonably coherent story!

Oh well it's too late now, but I agree the non-stop press barrage for a mediocre product did tarnish SRK's brand.

Don 2 could be a step in the direction of building it back up but I'd feel so much more confident if he had a heroine more suited to him in his upcoming Yash Raj film.

He's okay with Anushka, but Katrina? If he's depending on the pulling power of popular heroines to get butts in seats he has fallen far but I do wish he'd act opposite a woman of more substance who could be a realistic onscreen match for him.
