Would you choose love or friendship in D3?

If you have to choose between love and friendship, what would you choose? In rose day, Swayam chose to help kria as her friend and hurt sharon. For new years, Rey would choose to spend more time with sharon, he could have gone out with kria alone on a date. As rey is in love, he cares about kria's presence and has less to do with sharon as he think there are other friends with sharon in this shivam's party. What would you do?
