VIDYA, no good LINEUP for 2012?!

😕😭 Vidya's success with TDP has not resulted in a good lineup for 2012. Kahaani doesn't look that great, especially since the director sucks. Sujoy Ghosh did the lame Home Delivery some years ago with Vivek and Mahima. I have not heard any new films which are coming from her in the new year. I know she is taking a well-deserved break, but it doesn't seem like she cares to be in the numbers game. I hope she signs some surprising film again that gives her the awards again at the end of 2012! 😉 I actually prefer she wins every year, because her performances for Paa in 2009, Ishqiya in 2010, and now No One Killed Jessica/TDP in 2011 have clearly proved her consistency. No other actress had an acclaimed performance for the last three years like Vidya has demonstrated!

show ur concerns for kareena and the other lollypops, vidya is not like them...so it doesn't matter, she does quality films and that speaks...she has her own fanbase...she has managed to make a movie like NOKJ a success which wasn't possible by any of so called bollyw babes

This lady isn't in the numbers race...as long as she gives her all for her roles then missing out in awards for a year shouldn't matter.

And if she doesn't make it for Kahaani, then I'd be curious to see which actress will take it and for what...she's set some high expectations for the past few years

When the poster of Kahani was released..every critic from Masand were talking of her PREVIOUS line up..and how she is on a roll ..in the future

Vidya pretty much runs her own race and has changed the rules of the game with one film. People in the industry, call her the "man" amongst the heroines (in a good way). The buzz around the first poster of Kahaani was huge. Every critic, every person in BW was talking about it.

😃 I just hope Vidya continues her stellar run! She still can go for several years if she wants to...👏

I just realised 3 years in a row...she's done some brilliant stuff...I am very much looking forward to Kahaani...though I still want to watch TDP alone!😈
