I didnt understand that whether she is praiing them or taunting..i felt both...and everyone will work for food,but why punjabi's always get highlited for reason of food.

no re its just matter of beleive,i dont know any punjabis at such,have seen in ekta serials tpp(kdmhmd,balh etc)punjabis have shown that they luv food.

aditya also finds their tea heavy so i feel that their food will b heavy too

I'm Punjabi and i feel so embarassed and insulted because that is not true, i feel like sueing Ekta Kapoor for this

Whatever the dialogues Hetal had for the food was not true at all

u dont need to feel embarassed at all,we all know the truth,tht the cvs are mad,

actually on second thoughtsthere is nothing wrong in it if people spend their money on food,if sum1 gives money in my hand i will spend it in shopping,and in my mom hand she will spend in it in jewellery and my dad will fix it.

but i think in general the serial guys shows everthing in extreme,

Thanks, but why is Ekta Kapoor involving Punjabis in her serials,

In Ram Milaye Jodi there are Punjabis in Bade Ache Lagte Hai which is also her show, in that they are showing Punjabis

Is like Ekta Kapoor trying to show our background low ?

dont feel embarrassed...so what if Punjabi's think about food alot...they like feeding people and that is the best thing anybody could ever do...there is nothing wrong in it infact it is the best deed...it means they are hospitable...every time i see bedi's making food my mouth starts watering and i can just taste all the masalas and really tasty food...ekta doesnt know what the hell she is talking about as always...

If any one should get offended by watching RMJ is all gujaratis as they have protrayed gandhi family in the worst way possible...

Most serials do generalize abt culture...

so if I were you, I would not get offended...indians love eating and feeding...same as italians and Hispanics...something very much in common...They know how to have fun...
