Nihira the MARVEL

Hi folks,

At the IIFA awards, the best female singer award went to Alisha Chinoy for "Kajrare" .

My sincere congrats to her.

U know how dedicated fan i m of Nihira, and only coz of that reason i m saying that I did not like Nihira's Kajra Re, all her songs were far better. I am not saying that she did not sing well, but I am comparing this to her all other songs which i felt were loads better than this.

I completely agree.... i never expressed this opinion earlier but I hope you must have told this to Nihira as well.....

No, i cant say this directly to her however closely i know her. But i m sure I will convey this to her in some way.

Nihira sang this song well - sur and all. However, I feel it doesn't quite suit her. There was a reason SEL went to Alisha instead of Shreya or Alka - this song requires a sultry tone of voice, in order to go with Ash's character. Nihira's sweet voice doesn't do complete justice to it, even though the singing was very good.

i agree too, though i believe Nihira has in it her, she can sing Sultry and sexy songs well provided she lets go of her inhibitions. But i am not complaining...i love her as she is🤗

I thought Nihira did a wonderful justice to Kajrare song. On the other hand I did not like her song "O la la". I thoght that she became flat and lost surs in that song. That is the only song she went off sur in her whole SRGMP presentations.

I am happy to note someone feels like me. One has to note that it was a live performance, there is no scope for breathing in between the lines and NJ did a WONDERFUL job without going offtune even once. So, my full marks go to her. Of course, you cannot expect her to change her voice (which can be done in studio using electronic devices) all the time like she did for 'I love you'. And mind you, this is not blind fan following.However, I respect the opinions of all my brothers and sisters here.

yeah nihira deserves iifa filmfare zee cine and every award for it caz she is the best
