i think you mean that mihir looks more stylish old compared to tulsi, whose style is made to be poor and old, makes a big difference, i mean look at mr.bachan he's old, but he looks stylish at the same time, that's the big difference, i'm sure when tulsi eventually enters shantiniketan, she'll become stylish old again, usually happens.
