Can someone plz tell me the story behind natasha im confused the child was karthik's but like did she actually like him or was the child a mistake?? and ewww to the fact that ram and apekhsa are supposedly bro and sis like wth why would they show them to as if they are in a romantic relationship... like come one poor priya!! thats just embarrasing

Yes Kartik and Natasha loved each other anyway and before they got married Natasha fell pregnant but never told anybody about it except Niharika and Ishika. But due to Natasha's career her 'friend' Shaqs convinced Natasha that it would be best to abort the baby.

The Ram Apeksha story is being built up but they are real brother and sister and through this it'll bring Ram and Priya closer and Ram's real mother will probably be introduced as well.

i thought Natasha was pregnant by someone else before she got married hence Niharika wanted to get her married hush hush... ...

and ya.. what a way to write a dialogue for a Bro and Sister relationship. sort of uncomfortable...
