purvi replaced again

it's been a game of musical chairs for the part of Purvi; Archana's (Ankita Lokhande's) adopted daughter in Zee TV's hit show Pavitra Rishta. First, Asha Negi better known as Apeksha of Bade Achhe Lagte Hain on Sony was showcased as the actor who would be portraying her character. Then she was quietly replaced by Shafaq Naaz who was delighted to be a part of the big star cast show.

Now, after a day or so of shooting for the show, Shafaq too has been replaced. And guess who has stepped in to her shoes? Well, it is Asha Negi once again.

A source close to the show informs us, "Shafaq, who was earlier roped in to play Purvi, was replaced at the last moment. And the promos featuring Shafaq are already on air."

Shafaq was not available for any comments but she sure must be devastated for just a couple of days she sounded like she was over the moon.

Tellychakkar.com, however, got through to Asha Negi, who was brimming with joy with the recent turn of events. Says she: "I am very happy to be a part of Pavitra Rishta, though I must admit that I did feel bad when I was replaced. I believe it all depends on luck and destiny. I believe they both play an important part in your life."

The highly anticipated leap will go on from today 12 December 2011. "Tonight you will see me in the show," says Asha.
