Actor Salman Khan played a real-life bodyguard to Big Boss 5 contestant Mahek Chahal, for whom he's always had a soft corner.

Salman, who is popular in the industry for his hot temper as well as his protectiveness towards his friends, pounced fiercely on Siddharth Bharadwaj after the latter's unchivalrous behaviour towards Mahek. (Now we know why Ms Chahal is often called Salman's girl by the Bigg Boss inmates!)

Siddharth's rough and rude attitude towards Mahek miffed our Sallu , who threatened to beat up Sid if it happened again.

Apparently, it wasn't just Salman who was angry with Siddharth, co-host Sanjay Dutt too was agitated by his behaviour.
