Parvati's jolly side

Her aggressive nature on screen as Komal in Pratigya is not her true self.
On the contrary, Parvati Sehgal is quite a sensitive and soft-spoken person and there is a side of her which not many know of. Parvati is not only a fine actor but also a trained singer.
While she lets lose her aggression on screen, Parvati lets her hair down during shooting breaks. She is said to be the most joyful and fun-loving person on the sets and is often found sitting between breaks singing and entertaining everyone on the sets.

With the entry of a new character called Meera, played by Neha Kaul, in Pratigya — the show is all set for a new twist in plot after the recent four-year leap.
With ratings having come down from the earlier highs of 5-plus to an average of 3.5 TVR over the last six months, particularly after Bade Achhe Lagte Hain started giving it big competition, the show badly needs a spicy twist to spike ratings.
And what better way to spice up things than resorting to the tried and tested "other" woman character. So Meera will be the other woman in Krishna's life. Apart from making frequent visits to his restaurant in Mumbai, Meera will have a few other things up her sleeve from the past.
There is also some attention-grabbing mystery waiting to unravel. The idea is to bring a change in Krishna and Pratigya's harmonious relationship. Will she succeed in bringing back audience on to the show?
