I think Indira's brother is dead

I have a feeling Indira's brother who stays abroad is dead. Maybe accident caused by Rishi. And so he is here to take care of the responsibilities. I was watching a hindi movie recently named Tum Bin (2001) staring Rakesh Bapat and suddenly felt the similarities. In the movie Rakesh Bapat (Maryada serial ) kills the heroine's fiancee accidentally, and so comes over to their place (in Canada) to settle their lives. In this serial instead of finacee it is Indira's brother. I keep wondering how he has never spoken to Indira or any other member of the family directly. So I assume he is dead. This is my take on the story.

Let me know who agrees with it...

I was also comparing it with TUM BIN and rishi portraying the role of Shakher. I also have a feeling someone might be impersonating Indu's bro and answers her voice call. Or her brother can be evil one.

I don't think he is dead... possibly he is blind and doesn't want to face her? as they showed a shadow almost approaching the phone.. and definitely rishi is connected to indira's brother..

When I begin to read your post the first film which hit me was TB but i don't think so because don't forget he's also hiding his true identity why??

No Indira's brother not dead but alive...in one of the previous episodes we see indira calling her brother and at the other end phone ringd...we see a persons shadow... but he doesnot pick the call we also see that he is wearing spectacles/sunglass..

so i got an idea that indira's brother has lot his vision due to some accident and thats the reason he is avoiding indira and her calls... because he has no moneyor some other reason
