Star One is venturing into Star Desh. So, to survive in this bedard world, PKYEK needs to fulfil the minimum requirements of Star Desh channel.
Star Desh is no longer showing youth based shows so, no youth dramas but only saas bahu dramas. I think, Mount college will now be closed. Vaise bhi Punchi is dead, uske alawa wahan seriously jaata hi kaun tha. trangand already married, Pia aur misha ki shaadi ho jaayegi toh apne aap sabke ghar mein saas bahu drama shuru ho jaayenge.
Also, I read in one of the articles that only gujrati culture based show will be there. Now, Abhay is human and Chandeena have disowned him. I think, a gujarati family will adopt him. so, Pia will get married in gujarati family and the usual saas bahu script starts.
Also, since they have also made Arnab disappear, my assumption is that Star Desh is also not encouraging detective shows.
Conclusion: PKYEK will be extended to Star Desh!!!
