Nice post.
My views: Though Gopi has taken her vows back, GoHem have not been living like strangers.. Still Gopi says her full name as Gopi Ahem Modi, considers Ahem as her husband . Ok, until Aehm was love struck, Ahem didnt behave like an husband with her.. but he broke this fast too during Diwali intentionally...( he was not forced too) he joined the puja with Gopi holding the puja thaali..
So, renewing teh vow in a formal way is not required.. but as was posted on another thread, they cud do it in privtae, which would be romantic. Also, my personal view is Gopi will not resist Ahem, if Ahem makes the move
