You don't need to be gullible to be conned... I was just talking about hypnosis!! It doesn't work in seconds!!! Con men are master of what they do!! They can fool the smartest people in the world!! They don't use hypnosis... coz you have to get the person back to conscious state after hypnosis... and if they are conning they won't be there to bring them to reality!! It is dangerous to leave one person in the hypnotised stage without getting them back!! One cannot be left in subconscious state and used as a puppet forever!!

When I am saying "it's ok if you don't believe in it".. I mean "believe in my parents were hypnotized theory" 😛

And we can go around in circles arguing about it.. you believe in what you know and I will believe in what I know.. so let's just agree to disagree and move on 😊

Here is a similar kind of incident (in fact, of late, one of many such incidents) involving robbing of jewllery from elderly women :

Mumbai: A conman, posing as a cop, robbed an elderly woman of her jewellery worth Rs 60,000, early on Sunday.

Sindhu Mandle (62), an assistant at Dr A A Karkhanis Hospital, Chakala, was on her way to work when an impostor on a scooter, posing as a cop, stopped her and asked her about her personal details. "He asked where I am from and where I'm going. I thought something had happened in the vicinity,'' said Mandle. After asking a few questions, the con man told Mandle about two women who were robbed by some local miscreants and asked her to take off her gold and wrap it in paper for safe keeping.

"I thought the policeman was genuinely helping me, so I quickly took off my jewellery and wrapped it in paper. I opened the wrapping when I came inside the hospital, but all I found was foil paper in it,'' said Mandle. "We are checking out the habitual offenders in the area. We are trying to get hold of muggers with a similar modus operandi and have caught couple of them,'' said sub-inspector
