Mami, Nani and La were taken by surprise. Anjali wasn't as shocked because she already knew Khushi's PG's name is Shyam.

If you remember the Arnav-Anjali's parents' barsi episode, Anjali dropped Shyam's hankie which had 'S' written on it. Khushi saw it and asked Anjali...Anji told her it her hubby's and his name is Shyam. Khushi told her that her PG's name is also Shyam.

She just remembered it. That's all.
