Personal matter

Sources say the divorce case is proceeding in a Mumbai court and Saxena has been tight-lipped about the whole issue. He does not want to talk about it.

A few days ago, the matter went out of hand and the situation became life-threatening. This forced him to hire a personal, armed security guard. It is learnt that Anuj has filed for divorce nearly a month back.

Versatile individual

Anuj is known to be a versatile actor, a workaholic who manages his acting career, business (Elder Pharma) and production house with equal ease.
He is quite popular among his co-stars and has a big female fan following.

Marriage vows

Anuj married Ishmit, who hails from a business family in Delhi, on February 12, 2004. It was an arranged marriage. The wedding functions were attended by the television fraternity and the event was one of the most talked about weddings last year.

Screen persona

Ironically, in Kkusum, his character Abhay has been married five times and has had three wives — Kkusum, Taashu and Mahi.

Acting front

Anuj was earlier seen as Amol in Raja Mukerjee's Prratima on SaharaOne and as Karan in Saara Akash on Star Plus.

He will now be seen on the big screen in Sameer Malkan's thriller called Lips — The Kiss of Death.
