Arnav's business has a earned a huge profit, and has been listed as one of the top most textile companies in the country!
Dadi and Anjali decide to have a pooja, earlier in the day for the same before the party is hosted in the evening!
Anjali calls up Khushi to call her for the pooja as she finds another excuse to bring her home. Khushi is a little hesitant to go.
Kh: Anjali ji, hum shayad nahi aa payenge...
An: Kyun Khushi ji, aaj kal aap yahan aane se itna mana kyun karti hai? Kya humara aur aapka rishta sirf kaam tak ka hai? Kya aap hume apna dost nahi maanti...
saying this Anjali puts khushi in a fix. She ponders over it for a few seconds, before breaking the news to her that, she doesnt want to come since, she is now engaged and her fiance doesnt want her to work anymore. She thinks she would be a good reason for her to avoid coming face to face with Arnav once more. She had realised the more she went in front of him, more her heart ached and she knew, no one could do much about it. She had only herself for consolation and learning to deal with this would take a while...
An: Kya hua Khushi ji... aap chup kyun hai ...
Kh: woh actually, hum iss liye nahi aa sakte kyunki ...
And to her horror, notices that the ring from her finger has been missing! She looks around, while talking, as she recollects what could have happened, and remembers the time when she was about to slip by the pool side and he caught her !!! She now had to go back to the Raizada Mansion, to get her ring back!
Kh: Hum aa Jayenge Anjali ji!!!
Anjali is thrilled at this as she hangs up ...
On cutting the call Khushi thinks to herself ... "aisa kyun hota hai Devi maiyya... humesha .. humara koi na koi gehna unke paas reh jaata hai ...kahin iss baar bhi ...
Kh: Nahi Khushi Kumari Gupta! Ruk Jaao... apne aap ko yeh sochne bhi mat dena, kyunki woh Laad Governor, fir se aisa kuch keh dega ya kar dega jissey tumko fir se dukh hoga... kya pata, woh angoothi, pool side pe kahin giri padi ho, aur humare jaakar dhoond ne se woh mil jaaye...
She sets out to leave, as Bua ji meets at her the door step ... "Ban than ke kahan chali Sanka Devi ... tumre paao kabbhi iss ghar main ruke hai? humesha bhaagne ki jaldi main lagi rehti ho NandaKisor ...waise theek hai, saadi karke paraye ghar jaane toh hai... thode din ruk jaao..."
Khushi looks away... and responds... "Humari angoothi kahin kho gayi hai Bua ji ..."
Bua: Angoothi Kho Gayi hai??? hum tumko pehle hi bole hai, ooo kono maamuli angoothi nahi hai Nanda Kisor... Agar Syaam Babua ko pata chal gaya toh uko itna dukh hoga...
Kh: Hum Jaante Hai Buaji... aap bas hume thoda waqt de deejiye, hum jaante hai angoothi kahan giri hogi...
Bua: Kahan...
Khushi knows her bua would not like the idea of the mention of the Raizada mansion again, so she says ... " Bua ji hum aate hai ..." and she steps out...
On reaching the Raizada Mansion, Khushi looks at the preparation around the house... La pulls her in saying ... "Chamkeeli, acha hua tum aa gayi ... kitna saara kaam abhi bhi baaki hai, aur main akeli manage hi nahi kar paa rahi hoon... please help kardo na..."
Kh: magar lavanya jee...
An: Arey, Khushi ji, aap aa gayi .. accha hua ... hey bhagwaan, hum toh aapko batana hi bhool gaye ... aaj ke pooja main har koi hare kapde pehene waala hai ...
La: like Green for Prosperity right di?
An: Bilkul sahi Lavanya jee...
Khushi doesnt have the heart to say, she has come here just to pick up her ring and leave ... especially looking at the amount of work...She accompanies La to the kitchen where they are making prasad for the evening.
Dadi comes in, and smiles at Khushi and then turns to Anjali to talk to her ... "Anjali bitiya, woh kangan miley?"
An: Jee Nani, subah se lekar ab tak maine bank ke locker main dhoonda jab jaake mujhe woh kangan miley, maa ka locker ko khul hi nahi raha tha... aur hum confuse ho gaye the ke kounse locker main kya hai ... lekin shukar hai ab mil gaye hai ...
As the time for the pooja approaches Khushi realises she cant go back home, she is busy making prasad, then setting up the mandir... her eyes are constantly on the pool side, wanting to go there, but she cant, since someone or the other turns up everytime asking for help. Thankfully ASR is not around, she see's him by the pool side talking on the phone and herr heart skips a beat, she constantly prays that he wouldnt have found the ring-partly because she dreads telling him of the engagement and partly since she knows he would perhaps say something hurtful once more, after all that happened the last time !
A little later, Anjali convinces Khushi to get into green clothes as per the requirements of the pooja and realises her bangles are totally not going with what she is wearing.
"Khushi jee, yeh choodiyan toh bilkul bhi match nahi ho rahey hai aapke kapdo ke saath, aap ek kaam kee jiye, aap humare kamre main jayiye, wahan humare table pe aapko choodiya mil jayengi ... "
Kh: Lekin Anjali ji ... hum aapke choodiyan kaise pehen sakte hai ...humari amma kehti hai ke kisi aur ke kangan nahi pehen ne chahiye...
la: oh come on chamkeeli, ek hi din ki toh baat hai, thodi der ke liye, aur uske baad utaar dena... what say???
Chalo Chamkeeli... lets go... tum aise nahi maanogi ... She drags her to Anjali's room, where she finds a fresh pair of two kundan and gold bangles, on the table. The bangles match Khushi and her attire perfectly.
She picks them up, takes them and makes Khushi wear them!
"Woh Chamkeeli... yeh bangles toh tumpe kitne acche lag rahey hai... aur they fit you so well... Di bhi na, has the most awesome jewellery... pata hai... aisi jewellery sirf tum carry kar sakti ho.. they look so perfect... i cant even imagine...
And Anjali walks in totally shocked ...looking at the bangles around Khushi's wrist...
An: Khushi jee yeh kangan ...
Kh: hum wahi toh kehne ki koshish kar raahey hai Lavanya jee se, hum itne keemti kangan nahi pehen sakte...
An: Kyun nahi pehen sakti... beshak pehen sakti hai... lekin... woh kya hai na Khushi ji ... yeh Kangan aapke liye nahi hai ...
La: Kyun di ? they look so good on Chamkeeli... usey pehen ne do na ...
An: Lavanya jee... Yeh humari Maa ke kangan hai, jo unhone apni hone waali Bahu ke liye rakhey the ...
Khushi is shocked, as ASR also walks in at the same time to hear the same!!!
