Love and friendship

Todays episode was a salute to friendship. It reminded me of my own college days. Friends can be hurt, but they can never remain angry with each other for long.

The warmth and closeness that Navya and her friends share puts a smile on the face of the sternest of viewers. Why don't the CVs transport them to Anants home! They could be the best medicine for his family. Poor souls! They have to be taught not to take life so seriously.

This serial appeals to me because of the innocence and goodness of Navya, Anant and their friends. Maybe that is because as a teacher, I have been looking for it and found it missing in todays youth. They have had to sacrifice their innocence in the altar of life. This fiercely competitive world of today demands a price and one has to pay it in order to survive. Yet, deep down in the core of every human heart is a wealth of love and goodness. It only needs a small opening through which it can flow out and encompass the entire world!
