I was harsher? Maybe because I don't sugarcoat my words. I try to be reasonable, but if i see an unreasonable statement i feel the need to assert my view.

And again, if she was merely commenting on the 'costume' then okay, i am IN THE WRONG.

But i was writing under the impression that she was commenting on the 'role'. And 100%, if you think Vidya Balan is an embarrassment to woman and disgusting because she's doing this film, then yup, your opinion is downright ridiculous, and yup, i probably am "attacking" that sort of mentality.

My point really is, if it was all just a big misunderstanding and it was all about the costume and what not, then sure, okay, i admit i 'thought too quickly'. But if my assumptions about her original statement are actually true, i take nothing back.

Also. I just took a look at the first page, katalicious's comment is the second one after the posting of the pictures where vidya is just sitting around in a red sari.

Am i missing something here? How is that disgusting OR embarrassing? She is not even showing any skin in those pics. Sooo obviously i'm going to assume that karalicious is commenting on 'the dirty picture' as a film.

@bamboocopter: lol thank you. I don't really want to jump down anyone's throat, but i guess my opinion remains the same if my assumptions remain true. If not, then by all means, i've misjudged her statement.
