its not good to terminate employees when they have no financier sepically when its news channels.

as commerce student i have better option for management. they can cut down salaries as they given thrs more epense of salary or may be its no need to pay employees with this employees alteast secure their job better to sit at home. this is until mgnt does not get fiancer NNN is a one of leading channel(as they) say thr cannot be any problem to get fianacer people would readily invest.

i agree !! cutting down the salraies is good but getting rid of your good employees isnt

Even i felt the same thing, but you see then income tax department would be defintely after them why are you keeping so many people when you are in a loss.

They are also trying to cut cost the other factors like use of computers, elctricity, service tax, water tax, cafeteria, other miscelaneous expenses that can be cut short bcoz that also comes into the account. that much they have to pay less.

As a business man point of view, i feel Balraj has done a right thing by removing the employees. A businessman seeks its profit. he does not wnat to pay the employees from his pocket. Either he has to close down, search for new sponsors who have a stable financial background or cut down over staffed people. what do you say?

But when bussines crisis comes u have take a drastic step but cutting down salery is a good option but u know some time workers may protest for low salary too so I guess he did a right thing
