i totally agree! they should show priya completing her law degree and better yet vidya going to college! lol and the cherry on top would be if the men started doing chores around the house...not just as a special karva chauth treat but actually a daily routine. now THAT is true equality :)

cv shud have made her ambitious- esp when she was rejected by society people... it would have showed that she aint weak and a reject... this ambition angle would have been interesting as a future track too- esp when jhakars are a patriarchal family
