I think most of the tv artiists keep chewing gum in between shots...i have noticed it a many times in SBS/SBB

Even during award functions i hv noticed many doing that chewing thing...think the actors love the chewing gum very much..

Yup noticed it. Seen it with many other actors including GC.

Maybe to keep their breath fresh all the time. You don't want to have bad breath doing close scenes.

All those close up romantic shots need it.

What I don't understand is why the actors should chew gum during award functions, specially when they go up to get their awards...it looks odd when their jaws are working as they receive their awards.
