What You Have To Do Is, Upload the Pic On a Picture Uploader Like:

www.imageshack.us

Upload Your Pic right click the Image, and Copy the Location Link, When Your On the Forums Click On the Add Pic Option, And paste your Link!
And Just Post Your Reply and The Pic will be Shown!
