Geet came running into her bedroom and closed the door quickly behind her, making sure her baba or sisters would not see her in this state. She looked at her wrist and saw he had broken her chooriya and some blood was oozing out. She quickly washed her hand and began feeling angry at the behaviour of Maan.

Her mobile ringtone sounded off. She looked and it was Maan. "Samajte kya hain apne aap ko". She looked at the phone irritatedly and switched it off to silent. Maan kept trying and trying. He gave 23 miss calls. "Lagta hain bahut naraaz hogai..ab kya karoo?"

Maan went back to the office and tried to think of ways to pacify Geet. He knew it was not going to be easy. "Maan your such a idiot! She just started to speak to you again and look what you done. Your love story is finished before it even started". He began texting her. *Geet I'm sorry*

She read the text and deleted it. "Sorry? One sorry won't make it better for what he done". Maan got flash backs of the way he manhandled the delicate thing. He closed his eyes in desperation. There first close encounter and he messed it up.

Adi came in and began talking. "Bro the Delhi client wants to know your answer". Maan completely ignored Adi. He held his hands together and rested his head. "Bro? BRO!"

Maan flinched. "Bro whats wrong I never seen you like this?"

"Geet I am really sorry for everything. I am an idiot, ulloo ka pata, gada khota whatever bad names you want to call me but I am truly sorry". Geet listened not being able to answer him.

Raam left and she cut the phone off. "What cheek he has, pehle galti karo then sorry". She began to fold her clothes. *he is always hurting me and I always take it but this time Maan Singh Khurana I won't listen* Sanjay and Ranvir came and started talking to Geet. Ranvir began telling Geet "Di Maan has changed so much because of you. I could never understand why such a big business tycoon turned a thief and druggie. Geet just listened to her brothers talking of Maan but her heart was still thinking of how he trapped her and manhandled her for something she would not dream of. "Di are you listening?" asked Sanjay. "Sorry I am a bit tired". They left Geet and she began getting ready to go to bed. Suddenly she heard a stone falling on her window. She got up and looked outside. It was Maan. She looked shocked and turned her face and then looked to make sure she was not dreaming. He waved at her while he stylishly slightly was bent on his black jeep. She shut the curtains pretending to be annoyed. She smiled at his cuteness. He rang on her mobile. She picked it up.

"Maan what drama is this?"

"Geet I won't go till you forgive me".

"Forget it and go home. If baba finds out there will be trouble".

"Geet just sneak down and listen to me please".

"You must be dreaming me and come down to meet you".

"Okay I am coming inside".

"You wouldn't dare!"

"Watch me!".

She looked outside and he began going towards the door and he pressed the bell. Raam opened the door and greeted his future son-in-law. Geet came down and wanted to know what he was going to do. "Maan everything okay?"

"Sorry uncle to drop by at this time but Dad said to invite all your family to pooja tomorrow". Geet breathed a sigh of relief while Maan smirked at her plight. "We will come hain na Geet?" Geet nodded fully aware it was trap by Maan but she could not refuse. She made coffee for Maan and tea for Raam. Raam had to go freshen himself up. "Geet beta look after Maan I'm coming". Maan made sure Raam was out of sight. Geet was mixing his sugar. He cleared his throat. "Geet ab maaf bi kardo". She passed him his cup without looking into his gorgeous eyes. "thanks Geet I know I did wrong but tume le kar main bahut possessive hoon but I promise it won't happen again". She passed the biscuits to him with a straight face. Raam came back and he sat with him for 10 minutes and asked his leave.

Geet was getting butterflies thinking how adorable Maan was looking grovelling to her. The same Maan that kept breaking her heart was anxious to see her talk to him properly. She went upstairs smiling to herself. She received a message from him. *Make sure you come tomorrow". She looked at the message with fake anger. "Maan Singh Khurana you can't make me come".

The truth of the matter was that Geet was eager to see Maan too. She dressed in a maroon chooridar.

A couple began singing while Maan stalked Geet.

The evening came to an end without Maan Geet talking. Maan kept looking for a chance to get Geet alone so he could apologise. Maan stood behing Raam to face Geet. She looked at him due to him waving at her for attention. Her heart began doing a million somersaults. This man had some hold over her. He looked at her lovingly and held his ears and mouthed. "Sorry".

She found it really cute and began smirking and looked shyly down. He knew she had forgiven him. The Handa family left and Maan waited for an hour and called her mobile. She immediately picked it up.

"Geet thanks for talking to me now".

"Mr MSK make sure it never happens again".

"I promise...vaise Geet I was thinking that I want to meet up with you alone".

"Why?" Geet asked nervously.

"I am fed up with talking to you over the phone. I want to see you properly without our family circus, to talk to you, get to know you and be naughty with you".

She shyly looked down and breathed. "Okay lets meet tomorrow".

"You better come as I want to spend some time with you before marriage".
