Gopi orders a cactus???

I dont understand about the cactus situation
First off what is going to make it a problem?
And secondly I thought it would b a funny idea as she got it wrong in the exam paper??
I'm confused

Hey I think it was jsut a way to show the viewers about Gopi's state of mind at the time - she was upset and thinking about the exam and therefore unknowingly ordered it.

Also the CVs just wanted to make Koki tell Gopi to pay attention and not make anymore mistakes. It was just a bit of fluff in the episode and it made Rashi happy too.

Kokila mentioned the Genda flower (marigolds) are auspicious http://www.flowerforyou.org/marigold.html, that I know because you always see them on the mandir. Also Kokila mentioned to Gopi that having the marigolds and roses would be auspicious. But cactus are desert flower and not auspicious for this Navratri festival.

I think cactus had to be sourced from far and as a result were more expensive. So obviously they paid for the cactus but they still needed to buy the roses anyway for Navratri festival.
