And I have to add this, I don't know how people here feel......but as much as I love the vintage characters of KZK......I have to say that Prem-Mukti have given KZK a fresh brand of effervescent charm....kudos to Manoj-Tina, the new pillars of KZK.

i feel the same!😳

VERY well written, Nitica. Thanks for that.

And yes, I absolutely agree that these two make KZK worth watching. [I started watching it for Prem actually when he fought with Prerna and was about to hit her in the pub once, which reminds me that I also love Prem/Prerna chemistry].

The whole episode was a BORE except Mukti-Prem part. I just LOVED the way Prem bowed his head a little as an assurance for Mukti that he's the one behind her humiliation that she's prolly going to face in the next episode.

I tell you, although this boy is so spoilt, I simply LOVE him. There's no Prem without "sharartein". *muaaaahhhhhhh*

PS: Can't Anurag-Sam and Indro just get a life for a while, please? And what's that whole Tushar part there for? To BORE us?

Oh Amy we think so alike... I started watching KZK after that little promo too... I think the best chemistry so far has been between Mother India and her bratty son. I loved the Mukti-Prem scenes but somehow... Tina Parekh has let me down in some areas in her portrayal of Mukti. Why?

Well, it's hard to explain but... I expected so much out of Mukti and was a bit disappointed -- but only a bit. Mukti is supposed to be the second MOhter India, but I haven't seen as much strength in her as Prerna. I know her strength is different from Prerna's -- she doesn't go around slapping people -- but Tina somehow failed to make me believe that she is the second Mother India. She has a dignity that is so required of Mukti, and she is one of those people who look so inherently good that it's inconceivable to even think of her as a bad person -- so in that sense she fits Mukti's role perfectly. But she couldn't rise against Sharad, she could only cry in pain. She cried and ran until the Prerna came to her rescue, and she was no longer the Basanti that brought even Yudi down a notch or two.

Did I confuse you guys? 😕

And yes... even though I am so pissed at times at this bratty spoilt rich boy son of Mother India, he is at times so cute with his shararatein that man oh man I fall madly in love with him all over again!!!

Shweta I agree with you, but we've got to remember that Prerna has had a 30-yr head start and has faced many more "kasautis" than Mukti...when Prerna was Mukti's age, she too was innocent and...I won't say weak, but definitely not the woman she is now. It is because, as she herself has said, that life has taught her much and forced her to deal with things beyond the realm of endurance that she has become this hardened shell. Mukti kind of reminds me of Prerna when the show first started, bubbly, mischievious but ultimately very naive, very innocent. It was not until Anurag married Komolika, and Prerna took this as a betrayal, that she started ACTIVELY seeking revenge on him...but the amazing thing about Mukti is that now she is beyond revenge, or should I say, that her passiveness towards Prem IS her revenge...

I say we give Mukti another 20 yrs, and then see the resemblances in Mother Indias' 1 and 2! 😆 😆 😆

Exactly my case.

I also liked Prem/Prerna best until now whereas I also enjoy Prem-Mukti scenes. Here I'll have to admit that I love "bad" Prem the best... I think the whole "Prem's so cute" thing will be gone if he starts crying for Mukti ALL the time and just loses his bad-boy side [which I really hope, doesn't EVER happen]. He cannot show his emotions and whenever he tries to do so, it goes all wrong... and he turns "bad" again [bad, NOT evil]. I guess, that's what most of us here like about him.
