Sorry to be the killjoy, but there have been so many instances of us having a thousand ideas and then nothing ever happens.
In the precap, they don't show that Anjali sees Shyam. For all we know, maybe Khushi will say Shyamji aap yahaa and he will look stunned for a second and then say haan Buaji said you came so I came to fetch you.

If they leave before anyone sees them, then again back to square one. Just like Arnav & Khushi's relationship.
I know a lot happened in today's episode and I should be excited, but really Arnav again asking Khushi to get out and then again giving taana about it should be easy for you to ask for money etc etc etc.
I was in fact hoping that she came return the money he threw at her in her house and take her rightful salary or say that she already returned that money to Anjali and wants only her rightful salary.
Oh well.
